Our pricing varies based on the number of guests, service duration, and location. We
provide fast customized quotes – click the “Get a Quote” button to complete our quick,

We proudly serve Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas, including Concord, Mooresville,
Lake Norman, Gastonia, Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Ballantyne, Monroe, and surrounding cities.
If your event is farther away, contact us as we may be able to accommodate with a small
travel fee.
We tailor our service to meet your specific needs and provide everything to ensure your
guests enjoy delicious, high-quality beverages during your event.
For every event, we provide:
A full coffee shop menu of hot and iced espresso drinks
Professional barista(s)
Stylish mobile coffee cart
Professional espresso machine
All other necessary service equipment (coffee grinder, etc.)
Freshly roasted coffee beans
Cups and lids
Condiments and stir sticks
Extension cord
All price quotes include beverage service, staffing, travel, setup, breakdown, and taxes.
Absolutely! We offer customizable packages to meet your specific needs. From beverage
selections and service styles to showcasing your logo, we can tailor everything for your
event.
Our setup is efficient and hassle-free. We arrive early to ensure everything is ready
before your guests arrive.
All we need from you is:
- At least 8’ x 6’ of space to set up.
- One (1) dedicated 15 amp circuit (standard wall outlet) per cart
- A sink nearby for the barista to use before and after the service (they do not
need to be directly next to a sink during the service) - A designated site contact to greet our team upon arrival
When choosing a location for the cart, please keep the following in mind:
- Preparation of beverages will produce some noise.
- The cart is on wheels, so please choose a locaton that does not require the use
of stairs.
